Saw a guy park his lifted truck diagonally across three handicapped spots at the Walmart on Elm Street yesterday

He got out, looked right at the signs, shrugged, and walked inside like it was no big deal, so has anyone here ever actually seen a parking enforcement officer ticket someone for this kind of thing or do they just not care?

Funny you mention that, my buddy actually works security at that exact Walmart. He told me they used to call enforcement all the time for stuff like this but the city basically told them theyre too short staffed to bother with private lots. So now the store just lets it slide because management figures its better to have some jerk blocking spots than have a scene in the parking lot. The real kicker is that guy probably never even gets a ticket because the city cops are busy with actual traffic accidents and the private tow companies wont touch a truck that big without a fat fee upfront. So yeah, they basically get away with it until someone like you takes a pic and posts it online for shame, but even then nothing happens.

That Walmart on Elm Street is a nightmare for parking anyway, I swear they designed that lot to be as confusing as possible. Three handicapped spots is insane, like dude couldn't even be bothered to find a regular spot ten feet further away. I saw a guy do something similar at a Kroger once, parked his lifted F-350 across two accessible van spots with the ramp down and everything. Security just watched him walk in and didn't say a word. It makes my blood boil honestly, because my neighbor uses a wheelchair and she has to circle around for ten minutes sometimes just to find a spot that isn't blocked by some jerk in a truck.
