That time I tried to wave at someone at Target and accidentally hit a tower of chips
I was at the Target on Elm Street last Saturday, trying to wave at a friend I spotted across the aisle, but my hand smacked a whole display of chip bags and they went everywhere. The employee came over and just stared at me while I stammered an apology and tried to pick up like 15 bags of Cool Ranch Doritos. Has anyone else had a moment where a simple wave turned into a total mess?

The employee just standing there staring makes it so much worse. Last month at Walmart I tried to fix my glasses and accidentally knocked over a whole display of salsa jars. The glass shattered everywhere and I was just standing there with my hand still in the air like an idiot. People were stepping around the mess while I tried to explain to the manager that a friendly wave had nothing to do with salsa.
