TIL a cheap microfiber cloth works better than any glass cleaner I've bought

I got tired of streaks on my mirrors after using Windex for years. Tried just warm water and a good microfiber cloth from the dollar store near my house in Akron. No streaks at all and it cost me like two bucks for a pack of 12. Anyone else ditch the spray bottles for something simpler?

Yeah, does anyone actually let microfiber dry first or use it damp?

Wait, are you supposed to let them dry before using? I've always just used mine damp because it feels like it soaks up spills better that way, but now I'm worried I've been doing it wrong for years. Honestly it's nice to know I'm not the only one confused about this whole microfiber etiquette thing.
