Tbh I finally tried that vinegar trick on my showerhead after 6 months of ignoring it
Honestly, the water pressure is like new now, which I totally didn't expect. Anyone have a good method for cleaning the actual shower tiles next?

That vinegar trick really does work wonders. For the tiles, I use a paste of baking soda and a little dish soap. Scrub it on with an old toothbrush, let it sit for ten minutes, then rinse. It cuts through the soap scum without harsh chemicals.
