Tbh I finally tried that vinegar trick on my showerhead after 6 months of ignoring it
Honestly, the water pressure is like new now, which I totally didn't expect. Anyone have a good method for cleaning the actual shower tiles next?

That vinegar trick really does work wonders. For the tiles, I use a paste of baking soda and a little dish soap. Scrub it on with an old toothbrush, let it sit for ten minutes, then rinse. It cuts through the soap scum without harsh chemicals.

My shower tiles get a mix of half vinegar and half blue Dawn. I saw @terry677 mention baking soda, but the vinegar soap mix works faster for me. Just spray it on, wait five minutes, and wipe it clean.
