My toaster repair turned into a three-month puzzle.
The toaster kept burning bread no matter what I did. I finally found a tiny spring was missing, but ordering it took forever. Anyone else get stuck on what should be an easy fix?

Had a similar thing with my coffee grinder. The burr was cracked, no one stocked it. Ended up using a mortar and pestle for weeks.

Three months for a SPRING. That's insane. I can't believe you had to wait that long for a single tiny part, it's wild how something so small can just stop everything.
