My kitchen compost bin is empty since I air fry all my veggie ends
Tossing broccoli stems and onion skins in with a spray of oil makes them crunchy and cuts down on waste big time.

But is air frying veggie scraps really that big a deal for cutting waste?

Remember my neighbor who used to bury food scraps in her garden. Started air frying ends of onions and celery. Now she sprinkles them on soups. Small change but got her into full-on composting. Whole street picks up on it. Waste cuts add up when people copy each other.
