My air fryer taught me the real trick to leftover pizza after 2 years of soggy crusts
Tried reheating a slice in there last month after my microwave made it chewy again and it came out crispy in 3 mins at 360. Anyone else got a temp and time for thicker slices?
Its funny how the little kitchen gadgets end up teaching us stuff we should've known all along, like how reheating is really just cooking again and heat needs to move air around food. Same thing happens with cast iron and toaster ovens, we baby them for years then realize they work better when we stop overthinking it. For thicker slices I go 380 for about 5 mins, flip once halfway, and the crust holds up way better than any microwave ever did.
