I picked the AI scheduling tool over doing it myself and gained 3 hours back a week

I run my own training biz and was spending way too much time messaging clients about session times. Last month I finally tried one of those AI schedulers instead of juggling a spreadsheet and texts back and forth. Took like 20 minutes to set up and it just handles everything now. Clients book slots, it sends reminders, even adjusts if someone needs to swap days. Was honestly worried it would mess something up but it hasn't made a single mistake. Anyone else try switching to an automated system for their small business and find it actually worth the setup hassle?

Did your friend mention how long they've been using it? My neighbor down the street got one of these gadgets for her home office a couple months back. She called me over the other day to show me something and I asked how it was working out. She said it hasn't messed up once, not even with her complicated spreadsheet that always gives her trouble.
