I finally saw the difference in my own work after switching to a new AI tool for route planning.
About six months ago, my moving crews were averaging 3.2 jobs a day with a lot of backtracking across the city. I started using a new AI route optimizer that came out last year. Now we're hitting 4 jobs a day on average, and fuel costs dropped about 15%. The change wasn't instant, it took a few weeks for the system to learn our traffic patterns and job types. The before and after on the daily maps is just crazy... lines went from a tangled mess to clean, logical loops. Has anyone else tried a similar system for logistics and seen real numbers change?

It's wild how many places just don't get that small perks make a huge difference. They act like it's a big ask.
