Pro tip: the pour over finally clicked when I switched to a gooseneck kettle
Tried brewing my morning Ethiopian roast with my old tea kettle for months and always got a muddy, bitter cup, but a $25 gooseneck let me actually control the pour and the fruit notes came through in about 3 tries. Anyone else switch up their pour method and get totally different results from the same beans?
