Hit 100 cups brewed with my little pour over setup this morning
When I started in January I could barely get through one cup without it tasting like hot water and regret, but today's batch with the Sumatra from the shop on 5th actually tasted like coffee. What was the moment you knew your brewing had actually leveled up?

Man, that first cup that actually tastes like something other than sad brown water is such a rush! Mine was when I finally nailed my grind size and the coffee stopped coming out sour.
