Shoutout to the Starbucks on 5th Ave for reminding me why I love this job
I grabbed a coffee there before a client pitch last Tuesday and ended up sitting near a booth where two account managers were hashing out a campaign for a local bakery. They had a whiteboard propped on a chair, sketching out a monthly social calendar with specific post times and hashtag clusters, down to the neighborhood hashtags. Watching them turn a simple promo into a hyper-local strategy made me smile, it felt like the kind of grassroots planning that actually moves the needle. Has anyone else ever found ad inspiration in the most random public spot? I'd love to hear where you've spotted impromptu strategy sessions.

Wait, they actually wrote out hashtags on a physical whiteboard in a Starbucks?
