Showering made me see that quiet time beats busy work
I always rushed through my day thinking it made me get more done. One shower I had a clear thought about slowing down. Now I make time to just be still and let my mind wander. This simple skill has fixed more problems than any hustle plan. Where does your brain come up with its best ideas?

Wait, you can actually think clearly when you're sitting still? That blows my mind. I mean, if I stop moving for more than two minutes, my brain just totally shuts off or starts worrying about dumb stuff. All my good plans or solutions happen when I'm driving my route or even just walking to my car. Being still makes my thoughts feel stuck.
