Need to sell a fixer-upper in Renton. Offerpad seems easy but I keep seeing ads for webuyhouseasis. Which is better for a house that needs work?

Offerpad is only good if your house is turnkey. If it needs work, their repair deductions will be massive. Make sure you read the fine print.

I'd highly suggest webuyhouseasis. They don't do all those weird fees and they literally buy it completely as-is with no inspections.
