TIL that my mountain retreat cleared my head, but others find such trips overwhelming.

Is a remote vacation therapeutic or just another stressor?

Ugh, stress packed a bag for my camping trip last month.

Absolutely typical. Stress always hitchhikes on scenic drives. Ruins the view with mental checklists. Even brought its own raincloud to the picnic. Like a bad sequel you can't walk out on. Packing light was never an option for that freeloader.
