My no-grease baking experiment left me with stuck muffins

I tried to bake without greasing the pan, just using parchment paper. The muffins stuck to the paper and broke into pieces when I pulled them out. Now I have a tin full of tops and a bunch of crumbs. I am never skipping the grease step again.

Wait, a whole tin of just muffin tops? (Honestly @robertr86, some of us care about our baked goods not looking like a crime scene.)

Come on, it's not the end of the world. They're just muffins. Pretty sure you can still eat the pieces, maybe with some ice cream or something.

Absolutely, I’ve turned crumbled blueberry muffins into a decent ice cream topping more than once.
