Oh man, doing this was a total game changer for me too. I used to have design proofs just sitting in client inboxes for weeks with no word. Now I literally write "please reply by Friday the 15th" right in the email. It sets a clear line. I give them two weeks for bigger approvals, which is fair. It cuts down on so many annoying check-in emails I had to send before.

Hell yeah, deadlines turn it from a maybe into a must-do. It stops them thinking a reply is optional, which is the real problem. Game changer for sure.
