Tossed my phone charger out of the bedroom... best sleep decision ever.
I was addicted to late night scrolling and never felt rested... moving the charger forced me to read instead. Now I fall asleep naturally. Why do we act like screen time before bed is no big deal?
Totally get this, the blue light alone wrecks your sleep cycle. My own rule is leaving the phone on the dresser across the room, not next to the bed. Makes a huge difference because you stop reaching for it in the dark. Falling asleep feels easier now, like my brain actually winds down.
Seriously, this trick saved my sleep too! I started leaving my phone in the living room and now I'm out like a light. It's almost stupid how well it works.
