Vent: A client's reaction to a chemical peel went way wrong last Thursday
I did a standard 20% glycolic peel on a regular, and her skin looked fine when she left. The next morning, she sent me a photo of her face covered in angry red welts, saying it felt like a bad sunburn. I rushed her back in and found out she'd used a physical scrub that night, which I'd specifically told her not to do. It took a full week of calming treatments to get her skin back to normal. Has anyone else had a client ignore aftercare so completely?

People just don't read the manual anymore, it's a whole thing.

Totally see that everywhere now. Like nobody even tries to figure stuff out on their own first. It's all just quick questions and instant answers.

Maybe it's not that deep, @sanchez.pat. Isn't asking for help just how people connect now?
