Cautionary tale from my salon this morning
A new client walked in with irritation from using a jade roller incorrectly. She was pressing too hard and caused bruising. I showed her the right way to use it. This made me wonder how common these mistakes are. Let's share tips to prevent this.

Why blame the tool, not the design?

Totally agree about blaming the tool instead of the design. I do the same thing all the time. I'll mess up a simple recipe and then swear my oven is broken. Deep down I know it's probably me, but the tool is just an easier target to yell at.
