My brake job turned into a two day mess after a seized bleeder screw
Went to flush the brakes on my old Camry Saturday morning and the rear passenger bleeder snapped off flush with the caliper. Had to drill it out and retap the hole which ate up the whole weekend, anyone else run into this on older cars?

Had the exact same thing happen on my 98 Corolla last spring and it still makes me mad thinking about it. Did you use penetrating oil ahead of time or just go straight for the wrench? I swear by PB Blaster but even that didn't save me on that rear passenger caliper (it's always the hardest one to reach too).

Hit it with Kroil first, it's saved me more times than PB ever has.

I mean Kroil is great but it's not gonna fix a seized bolt if you already rounded it off with a wrench.
