Just had a lightbulb moment about tool storage and task lists.
I was reorganizing my workshop and noticed how grouping similar tools speeds things up. It made me see that my to-do list at my job should be sorted the same way. Do you apply DIY logic to your daily tasks?

My garage is a mess of tools all thrown together, so your idea hits home. Honestly, applying that to my daily tasks sounds like a recipe for disaster. Tbh, I tried sorting my emails by color once, and it took me an hour to find one message. Grouping similar things seems smart until you realize how many groups you need. Ngl, my to-do list is just a sticky note on my monitor, and it works fine. But maybe I should give your method a shot before my boss notices the chaos.
