That week I tried meal prepping on Sunday and it backfired badly

Last Tuesday I spent 4 hours making 5 days of freezer burritos and by Thursday they were all soggy and falling apart. I followed a recipe from my neighbor Carol in Tulsa but I think I overstuffed them with wet ingredients like salsa and sour cream. Has this happened to anyone else or is there a trick to keeping them from getting mushy?

Did you try freezing them before the salsa had a chance to plot its revenge on your tortillas?

Oh man, soggy burritos are the worst. I mean, the trick is to let your wet ingredients like salsa and sour cream really drain before you add them, or just put them on the side. Maybe try using less moisture next time or warming the tortillas first so they hold up better.
