PSA: Rushing my digital mural backfired big time

Buffer time is the hardest part to schedule because it feels like wasted space. Try blocking out 15 minute chunks after any major color step and treat it as non-negotiable. Most delays come from tiny corrections adding up, not one big problem. Looking back at old projects to see where you actually lost time can help set more real buffers for the next one.
