The lofts on Gratiot are sitting because owners ignore parking ratios
Honestly, I toured three converted lofts last week and every single one had 25% fewer spaces than the 2019 zoning requires, and tenants are bailing for the suburbs because of it, so has anyone else seen deals fall apart over parking counts in Detroit?
