My $47 coupon haul at the Kroger on Bardstown Road went bad because of one dumb mistake
So I clipped about $47 worth of digital coupons last Tuesday for a big stock-up run at the Kroger on Bardstown Road in Louisville. Got home and realized I never hit the "load to card" button on half of them, so the register just rang everything up full price and I paid $31 more than I planned. The cashier said I'm not the first person this happens to and there's no way to fix it once the receipt prints, which feels like a scam honestly. Does anyone know if customer service will honor those coupons after the fact, or am I just eating the $31?
