My old way of tracking daily tasks was a mess of sticky notes
I switched to a simple notebook about two months ago after my cat knocked over a whole pile of them. Now I just write three things down each morning and cross them off, which feels way less chaotic. Anyone else find a simple tool that finally clicked for them?

Actually read something about how our brains get overloaded by too many visual clutter. Sticky notes everywhere can make you feel stressed before you even start. Your three things method sounds like what they call "intentional focus." My own chaos ended with a basic whiteboard on the fridge, just for that day's stuff. Crossing things off physically does feel better than deleting a digital note.

Honestly, the sticky note chaos worked better for me. Seeing everything at once on the wall stopped me from forgetting small tasks that fall outside a neat list of three. My notebook just became another thing to lose, and crossing stuff out feels like a tiny funeral for my productivity. Give me the beautiful, stressful mosaic of colored paper any day.
