People keep saying the self checkout at Kroger is faster, I timed it twice and got 4 minutes both times
Everyone at my work swears the self checkout line moves quicker than the regular lanes at the Kroger on Fifth, so I timed both on my last two trips and the cashier lane beat it by a full 2 minutes each time. I think people just feel faster when they're the ones scanning, even when they're standing there waiting for a worker to come clear a coupon error. Has anyone else actually timed this, or are we all just guessing?
