My pocket sketchbook rule after 40 lost napkin drawings
I used to doodle on whatever was nearby, napkins, receipts, scrap paper. Lost or washed most of them within a day, maybe 40 drawings gone in a month. Now I keep a small 3x5 inch spiral notebook in my back left pocket, always with a black Pilot G2 pen. The change happened after I found a great barista sketch from last spring soaked in the sink at my place in Portland. Anyone else switch to a dedicated pocket book and see their daily doodle count go up?
