I thought my $30 brush pens were a scam until I actually tried them on cheap copy paper
I used to think fancy art supplies were just a way to separate beginners from their cash, so I stuck with a 10 pack of Crayola markers from Walgreens for my daily doodles. Then my sister left a set of Tombow dual brush pens at my place, and I gave them a shot on a plain sheet of printer paper just to prove they were overpriced. The way the ink flowed and blended changed how I sketch faces completely, and now I feel dumb for waiting so long to try them. Has anyone else had a supply totally flip their doodle game, or am I the last one on this train?
