Found out a plain kitchen timer gets me way more prompts than a fancy app
Last week I was digging through a forum thread from 2019 and someone said they write 12 prompts a night with a $5 wind-up timer from a hardware store in Boise. I tried it for 4 nights and got 47 prompts down, compared to maybe 15 with my phone app because I kept checking notifications. Do prompts come easier for you when you cut out the screen, or is that just me?
