Watched a guy go from shaky to smooth in 3 weeks just by moving his seat 6 inches
Had a new guy on the tower crane in Gary who couldn't keep the load steady to save his life, then a 30 year vet pointed out he was sitting too far back and fighting the levers. Three weeks later he's smoother than me, and its just because he slid the seat forward and got his elbows at 90 degrees. Any of you mess with seat position on long shifts or do you just deal with it?
