Picked the smaller rig for a tight job in Reno and it worked, but now I keep second guessing it

Got called for a job near the river in Reno last month, a two story building with a courtyard where I had about 8 feet of clearance on one side. The choice was bring in the 60 ton with more reach or squeeze the 30 ton into a spot I could barely get my truck into. I took the 30 ton and it went fine, made every pick with room to spare, no white knuckles. But the whole week I kept thinking about how bad it would have gone if I had guessed wrong on the load chart. Has anyone else had a job where the smaller crane was clearly right and you still felt weird about it afterward?
