Showerthought: a goose in Untitled Goose Game ruined my 'relaxing' night and I respect it
Last Friday I sat down around 8pm with a cup of tea, ready for a calm night in Untitled Goose Game. For anyone who has not played it, you are a goose and your job is to be a menace to a small English village. I told myself it would be a nice, low stress game, and for the first 20 minutes it really was. Then I spent 40 minutes trying to steal a single item from a kid in a backyard, and that bird would NOT cooperate. My tea went cold, my cat left the room, and I said the words "come on, goose" out loud at least six times. I finally got the item and felt like I had won a gold medal, which is a weird feeling from a game about being a bird. Does anyone else have a cozy game that sneaks up and stresses you out more than you expected?
