Found out hair clipper blades dull way faster than I thought

I mean I always figured blades needed replacing every couple months but after tracking my cuts over 6 weeks at the shop downtown I was shocked how much drag I felt by week 3. The numbers said around 15 to 20 haircuts and they're already struggling, I never realized it was that quick. Has anyone else actually timed their blade lifespan or am I just being cheap with my clippers?

Honestly 3 weeks sounds about right. Most people just don't pay attention until the pull starts. That's when the real damage happens.
