Finished my first full kitchen reno in Tacoma, the cabinet reveal finally worked

Went from warped particle board and a sagging counter to solid maple uppers and quartz that actually lines up with the island, took 11 weeks with two subs bailing mid-job, and the homeowner said she 'didn't recognize the room' - has anyone else had a reno where the final trim work took longer than the demo?

Trim always eats more time than demo, sanding and caulk will make or break the whole job.
