Rant: I ran a whole concrete pour off a paper clipboard, now it's one shared spreadsheet

Used to run every concrete pour off a clipboard and a pen, and I lost track of two truckloads on a job in Des Moines back in March. The dispatcher called asking where to send truck three while I was still hunting down the batch ticket in my truck. Now the super and I both update one shared spreadsheet on our phones and each truck gets logged the second it hits the gate. We caught a short load last Tuesday that would have cost us about $900 in cold joints. Anyone else switch their pour schedule off paper, and did it stick?
