Just realized I have moved 41 million pounds of rebar in 12 years without one lost load
Hit a weird milestone last month going through my old load sheets. 41 million pounds of rebar delivered to job sites since 2013. Sounds made up but the paperwork does not lie. Back then it was spiral notebooks and a flip phone, now it is all apps and GPS on every truck. Lost a whole pallet off a flatbed in 2016 in Bakersfield because I double stacked wrong, never made that mistake twice. Some veteran drivers gave me grief for keeping paper copies of everything. Those same guys call me now when their tablets freeze up. What is your one load type you would trust yourself to move blindfolded?
