Read that a 60 lb bag of concrete mix only makes about 0.45 cubic feet, and now I'm second guessing my whole pour estimate

I was pricing out a 10x12 slab last week and pulled up the yield chart on the back of a Quikrete bag, and seeing 0.45 cubic feet per 60 lb bag hit me harder than it should have. Half the guys on my crew swear by ordering ready mix for anything over a yard, while the other half say bags are cheaper for small residential jobs even with the labor. Where do you all draw the line, and has anyone actually done the math on bags vs a short load truck for something like a 4 inch driveway apron?
