Customer in Tampa brought in her old Inspiron complaining it took 4 minutes to reach the login screen, so I cloned the drive over to a cheap SSD last Tuesday and now it's at 22 seconds, has anyone else had a client fight you on paying for an SSD because they think the CPU is the problem?
