Honestly that bit about going from silently mad to sharing a laugh really sticks with me. Most of the time our brain tells us to just get mad and shut down. What do you think was different this time that made you actually say something instead of just getting more annoyed? I feel like we miss so many chances to connect because we assume it'll go badly.

Wait you actually talked to him? That's wild. Most people would just get annoyed and move seats. You went from being silently mad to sharing a laugh. That's a huge shift. Never thought those situations could end well. Pretty cool it turned out like that.
