Stood in line at a comic shop in Chicago and counted 11 people in Batman shirts
I was at Challengers Comics on Western Ave on Saturday for Free Comic Book Day and just people watching while I waited. Eleven of the first twenty people in line had some kind of Batman logo on, and one guy had a full Batman sleeve tattoo he was happy to show off. Do certain characters just pull way more merch than others, or was this a one day thing?
