My whole view on light roasts flipped after a cup in Portland
I always picked dark roast for the strong taste, but a barista there served me a single-origin Ethiopian that tasted like blueberries. What's a coffee opinion you completely reversed on?

What about cold brew being weak?

Ever tried making cold brew at home and it just tastes like brown water? I feel that. I messed up my first batch by not using enough grounds (like, a full cup for a small pitcher). Let it sit overnight and it was still super weak. The grind size matters a ton, too. A coarse grind is key, or it gets all muddy and still doesn't pull enough flavor out.
