Just realized I was wrong about pre-ground coffee after a trip to my sister's place in Omaha
Three years ago I bought a burr grinder and swore I would never touch pre-ground again. Last month I ran out of beans mid-week and my sister in Omaha handed me a bag of pre-ground she keeps in her pantry. I made a cup expecting it to taste like cardboard, but it was smooth and honestly better than my rushed morning grind. Turns out I was grinding way too fine for my drip maker the whole time and blaming the beans. Anyone else find out their grinder settings were the real problem and not the coffee itself?
