My for loop printed 11 rows instead of 10 and I stared at it for 20 minutes
Last Tuesday I was doing one of those free Python practice sets online and my loop kept spitting out one extra row of stars. I kept rereading the same line over and over and could not see it, so I finally just pasted the output next to my code and compared them side by side, and there it was, my range said range(1, 11) instead of range(1, 10). Cost me an hour of my night for one number. Does anyone else do the thing where you read the buggy line five times and your brain just fills in what you meant to type?
I once spent two hours on a CSS bug that turned out to be a missing semicolon two lines up. My eyes just refused to see it until I walked away and came back with fresh coffee.
