Swapped my bench scraper for a $3 putty knife and my station got way cleaner
Kept losing time hunting for the scraper during Friday rush at the bistro, so I grabbed a putty knife from the hardware store on 5th. Sounds dumb but the stiff blade gets under fond on the flat top way better, has anyone else ditched the fancy tools for hardware store stuff?
