My aunt told me I was wasting money on pre-shredded cheese so I switched.
She showed me her receipt from Meijer - a block of cheddar was 2.50 and the bag was 3.89 for less weight - so now I grate my own and it saves me around 3 bucks a week, anyone else have a relative that called them out on a dumb habit?

Right? That "wasting money" callout hits different when it's actually saving you three bucks a week.

Man, it's like that with everything now. Little things add up but nobody talks about the waste that's just normal.
