That sell by date was 2 days out, but the meat smelled fine, so I cooked it anyway with rice and frozen peas and fed 5 people for about $4 total. The sticker date is just a suggestion for the store, not a death sentence for your wallet. How many of you are tossing food that's still good just because of a printed date?
