Just realized doing my invoices in Comic Sans was why clients weren't paying me
Switched to Arial after a bookkeeper in Portland laughed at my spreadsheet and my 60-day outstanding dropped to 12 days overnight, has anyone else accidentally sabotaged their own business with font choices?

That swamp water comparison is brutal but probably spot on... color theory is no joke when it comes to making money.

You switched from Comic Sans to Arial and it fixed everything? Man, I had a similar thing happen but with logo colors. I was using this muddy green on my site for years thought it looked unique. Then a graphic designer friend told me it looked like swamp water and I changed it to a navy blue. My bounce rate dropped like 20% almost overnight. People probably thought I was selling lawn care or something.
