The reference sheet I gave my client came back as their hiring checklist
I put together a simple skills list for a house cleaning job in Austin, and the client copied it word for word into a job ad for their own company. Has anyone else handed over something helpful and watched it get turned into a hiring requirement? How do you protect your own process without being secretive?
